Potential CLOSURES - Saturday, January 24
We will continue to monitor weather conditions throughout the weekend. A decision will be announced by 9:30am on Saturday, January 24, regarding whether The REC, the Grapevine Public Library, and the Animal Shelter will open with a delayed start at 12pm or remain closed to ensure the safety of our employees and patrons.
