[ARCHIVED] 2017 Parade of Lights

Parade of Lights 2

More than 100 lighted parade floats, marching bands, and other participants will illuminate Main Street on Thursday, December 7, 2017 for the 38th Annual Parade of Lights.  The theme of this year's parade is "Holiday Memories", and to ensure you have a magical memory for your family, please plan ahead for parking and seating.

The parade route begins at Main Street and Hanover, and continues north on Main to Northwest Highway.  The parade will ultimately loop back around, to end at Hanover and Main, so viewers near the beginning of the parade will get to see some of the floats twice!  There is a new viewing area this year on Main Street between Vine and Dallas Rd, where you may find more room for your family to get the best view.

Parking is available at the Grapevine Convention Center, The REC, and the Grapevine Library, as well as several complimentary parking lots throughout downtown.  Please note, Main Street will close at 6:00 p.m., so arrive early!  Be sure to save our map showing the parade route and parking options as well: Parade of Lights Map

Parade participants can also see a map for the Staging Area, route, and parent parking: Parade Participant Map
