While our citizens most often see the officers on patrol, or the officers who host or attend community events, one Sergeant who works primarily behind a desk is getting some very public attention.  

Tarleton State University is featuring Sgt. Richard Savage in a piece about their graduate studies alumni.  Sgt. Savage recently earned his Masters in Criminal Justice from the university.
