Melanie has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Risk Management, and employee benefits with the City of Grapevine. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM), as well as a Texas General Lines Agent License for Life, Accident, Health, HMO, and Property and Casualty. Melanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
