The Utility Billing Office manages the City's billing for water, wastewater, recycling, and trash service. Responsibilities include establishing new accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and providing trash and recycling service information to new customers.

Sewer Average for Residential Customers –The usage during winter months determines the sewer charges for 2026, so please remember to conserve water.
