If you want to file for a place on the ballot, all filing documents can be emailed to tbrooks@grapevinetexas.gov or faxed to 817.410.3004. The Application for a Place on the Ballot must be signed and notarized upon filing if you choose to submit it through email or fax. The deadline to file for a place on the ballot is 5:00 pm on February 13, 2026. Please monitor the City webpage and social media channels for closure updates.
