Program Room
Join us for the annual Artisans’ Marketplace to purchase beautiful and original pieces of pottery, quilts, hand-knitted items, photographs, paintings, art note cards, sterling silver, rare and unique books, porcelain, knitting, jazz CDs, jewelry, hand woven scarves, and textiles. Every sale benefits the Friends of the Library.
Would you like to learn cross stitch or embroidery? Would you like to meet others with the same interests? Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you're invited to join Molly Wright in the Area History Room every Saturday morning from 10:30 am to noon. We will be expanding our textile arts programs over the next year, so stay tuned!
The Art Cart will be out and available on Saturdays for November and December. Stop by the Children's Department to see what mystery items are on the cart, then use your creativity and maker skills to do some amazing art!
On the first and third Saturday of each month, the Library is visited by therapy dogs. They love to listen to children practice reading! No registration needed.
