TxDOT to Temporarily Close Entrance Ramp to DFW International Airport – June 9 
TxDOT will be conducting illumination repairs that will require the closure of the westbound SH 114 ramp to southbound Spur 97 (an entrance ramp to DFW International Airport) on Monday, June 9 from 9 am to 3 pm. Dove Creek Day Camp at the ALL-NEW Meadowmere Adventure Center on Grapevine Lake – Registration NOW OPEN
Get ready for an UNFORGETTABLE summer ADVENTURE! Children ages five to twelve are invited to take part in exciting day camp water sports, archery, gaga ball, all while making friends, exploring the outdoors, and creating lasting memories. The ALL-NEW Meadowmere Adventure Center will be the host site for up to 100 children each week this summer. Archery and other activities will take place inside the climate controlled Adeventure Center during extreme heat. Dove Creek Day Camp registration is now open. Spots are limited. Striping Work - This Week  
Striping work is currently being conducted by contractors on Dallas Road from Texan Trail to Dooley Road. This work is scheduled to be completed over the next couple of days, weather permitting. Please slow down in this area.

Dino Cartoons & Crafts – Thursday, June 5 
Children (accompanied by an adult) are invited to make a fun, dinosaur-themed, craft while watching Land Before Time. The children’s ticket will include a craft activity, dino cartoons, a dino mask, a small popcorn, and a drink with a souvenir cup. All Tracks Lead to Grapevine: A Dinosaur Experience – Monday, June 2 – Sunday, August 31 
Calling all dino enthusiasts! Join us as Grapevine transforms into a prehistoric paradise this Summer. "All Tracks Lead to Grapevine", features interactive and educational exhibits at the Tower Gallery, Grapevine Vintage Railroad's "Dinos on the Tracks" and soaring through time at the Observation Tower and at the Grapevine Public Library. The Historic Palace Theatre is getting in on the fun with dinosaur-themed movies on Thursdays throughout the summer. Grapevine Main LIVE! – Friday Evenings in May and June - FREE

KC&E Mountain Bike Camp – Monday, June 2 – Wednesday, June 4 & Monday, June 16 – Wednesday, June 18 
Parks and Recreation is partnering with KC&E to bring you Mountain Bike Camp. This three-day camp, at Horseshoe Trail, invites young riders to explore the natural beauty of the scenic shores of Grapevine Lake. This 4.4-mile ride will include plenty of breaks, and time in the shade to enjoy the surroundings. National Trails Day – Saturday, June 7
National Trails Day is a nationwide event highlighting the importance of trails and the many ways they connect us to nature. It’s the perfect time to explore and enjoy the great outdoors while stepping into the prehistoric past of Grapevine. On June 7, along the C. Shane Wilbanks Trail or Wall-Farrar Trail, discover fun new signs that bring ancient history to life (perfect for explorers of all ages). Attendees will be encouraged to scan QR codes along the way to uncover dinosaur facts, learn about a real track found in Grapevine, and discover fascinating fossils like trilobites and ammonites. Pasta & Pour: Mastering Level 4 – Thursday, June 12
