The Grapevine Police Department is partnering with the Drug Enforcement Administration to remove potentially dangerous controlled substances from our nation’s medicine cabinets. This initiative helps prevent drug misuse and theft by providing a secure way to dispose of expired, unwanted, or unused pharmaceuticals. Instead of flushing unused medicine down the toilet or throwing it away—both of which can pose safety and health hazards, take advantage of this free and anonymous program. A complimentary paper shredding event will also be available during this event. Bring any sensitive documents no longer needed to be shredded safely. This service aids in identity theft prevention by keeping your personal information securely disposed of.
