IN THE NEWS
Register TODAY to be ALERTED about CRITICAL EVENTS
Over 40,000 Grapevine residents are registered with CodeRED and on Saturday, June 1 we will be moving to more advanced software - Civic READY. ALL Grapevine residents must register (even those currently enrolled with CodeRED) for Civic READY to receive critical alerts via text, phone call, email, or a combination of these options. This new software allows you to choose the language you prefer to receive these messages in (spoken and/or written). Voicemail messages will come from this phone number, 817.646.8013, and once registered, we ask that you save the phone number as CITY ALERTS. Most of these alerts will only be shared with those in the areas that will be directly impacted.
The system is intended to be used for emergency alerts, as well as non-emergency incidents that may have significant impacts on residents. Emergency Alerts could be related to specific hazards that require action such as evacuation, shelter-in-place, boil water orders, etc. Non-emergency alerts could include significant transportation problems with prolonged impacts or significant ongoing police or fire activity. This list is not meant to be all-inclusive, and this system will not be used for routine information. In addition to receiving information on your wireless device, you may also receive notification on your land telephone line (if you have one) depending on the type of incident or event. Register today at bit.ly/4bMvLpa. Mobile application details will also be found on this page.
Debris Collection Continues
Republic Services will continue to pick up all storm debris from your curbside until everything has been collected. Please be patient while crews continue to work.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Pawsitive Impact, Grapevine Animal Services' groundbreaking foster program! This initiative is offered to provide loving, temporary, homes for our furry friends while they await their forever families. Pawsitive Impact allows compassionate individuals and families to open their hearts and homes to animals in need, offering them a nurturing environment outside of the shelter. By fostering, you'll play a crucial role in helping our animals socialize, recover from illness or injury, and prepare for their future adoptive homes. We can't wait to welcome foster homes into our Pawsitive Impact family! If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of animals, please visit GrapevineTexas.gov to learn more and get involved.
