Election Day Voting – Saturday, May 4
Residents may cast their ballots for the City Candidate Election, GCISD Board of Trustees, and the Tarrant Appraisal District Board. Polls will be open from 7 am – 7 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Voters may vote at the Grapevine Public Library, 1201 Municipal Way or any polling location site in Tarrant County. To see a full list of polling locations and to view your sample ballot, please visit TarrantCountyTX.gov. City Council election results will be posted at GrapevineTexas.gov as soon as they are available.

May Madness Giveaway at The REC
During the month of May, register for any class for a chance to win a $25 merchandise credit at The REC. Each class you register for earns an entry into the weekly drawing. Winners will be drawn every Wednesday in May.  

Grapevine Botanical Gardens Docent Tours - FREE
Explore Grapevine Botanical Gardens with a docent-led journey through the beauty of nature. Tours are conducted by Grapevine Garden Club volunteers and are designed for a minimum of eight adult participants in each group. Choose from two different tours (listed below). Grapevine has so many exciting restaurants that have been added to the more than 200 dining options we offer - and we will be welcoming additional concepts soon! Most recently, the north side of TX 114 has been revitalized with an exciting cluster of restaurants and Firebird's Wood Fired Grill is the latest concept in that neighborhood. Joining Velvet Taco and Son of a Butcher, Firebird's is the first full-service restaurant in that area, bringing scratch-made food and a warm atmosphere. 4 pm: Star Wars: EP. V – The Empire Strikes Back  
After the Rebels are brutally overpowered by the Empire on the ice planet Hoth, Luke Skywalker begins Jedi training with Yoda while his friends are pursued by Darth Vader.   

7 pm: Star Wars: EP. VI – Return of the Jedi 
After a daring mission to rescue Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt, the Rebels dispatch to Endor to destroy the second Death Star. Meanwhile, Luke struggles to help Darth Vader back from the dark side without falling into the Emperor's trap.   

Classic Cartoons & Crafts – Tuesday, May 7
Your children are invited to make a fun craft while watching Ducktales. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The children’s ticket will include a craft activity, classic cartoons, a small popcorn, and a drink (bottled water or juice box).
