Grapevine Golf Course Selected to Host NORTH TEXAS PGA TEXAS WOMEN'S OPEN
The Northern Texas PGA announced a multi-year agreement with the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau to become the title sponsor of the Texas Women’s Open. The Championship will be named the “Destination Grapevine Texas Women’s Open.” The Destination Grapevine Texas Women’s Open will take place May 29 through 31, at Grapevine Golf Course, 3800 Fairway Drive. Annual Plant Sale - Saturday, April 13
The Grapevine Garden Club will host their annual Plant Sale on Saturday, April 13 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens, 411 South Ball Street. Start your day with a visit to the plant sale for these prized selections especially chosen for sale by Garden Club members. Plant sale stock will include a variety of plants from prepared containers for your patios and porches to groundcovers, shrubs, annuals, perennials, herbs, native plantings, roses and more. Master gardeners will be available to assist with any inquiries regarding their heat tolerant perennials and annuals available, succulents, hanging baskets, house plants, garden decor, and more. Grapevine Animal Services Open House – Saturday, April 13
Grapevine Animal Services invites you to their family-friendly, third annual Open House. Get a look behind the scenes of this incredible facility which opened in 2021. SOLAR ECLIPSE EVENTS IN GRAPEVINE 

First Fridays at the Farm Eclipse Party – Friday, April 5
Kick off the weekend eclipse festivities at Historic Nash Farm. Learn how, historically, eclipses have been viewed. Guests will have an opportunity to make a pinhole camera while enjoying party games and eclipse stories. Tickets are available at GrapevineTicketLine.com.

Solar Eclipse Viewing – Monday, April 8 - FREE
Join the Library team in the courtyard of the Grapevine Public Library where they will provide eclipse watching glasses (while supplies last) beginning at 10 am. They will also have solar binoculars and a small solar telescope set up for the duration of the eclipse.

2024 Solar Eclipse VIP Watch Party – Monday, April 8
Historic Grapevine, in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, is the place to be for the 2024 Solar Eclipse. Join them, in the path of totality, and witness this memorable occasion and create wonderful memories of this once-in-a-lifetime event. There are two different VIP Watch Party packages available. Total Eclipse of the Park – Monday, April 8 - FREE
Experience the universe's magic at Parr Park. Free eclipse glasses for the first 400 attendees will be provided. Enjoy a DJ, kid-friendly activities, and a picnic environment. The Archery League allows kids and teens the opportunity to continue the archery skills they have learned from the Introduction to Archery class by providing an open range for additional shooting time. Captain Molly Corbin Chapter NSDAR: Let's Find Your Revolutionary War Patriot! – Saturday, April 13 - FREE
Ever wonder if your ancestors might have been Revolutionary War patriots? This presentation will give you step-by-step instruction on finding a Revolutionary War patriot in your family tree. We will show you how to compare names from your family tree with names in the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Genealogical Research System (GRS). We will discuss the different types of patriot services there are and how to find documentation to prove your lineage. You are welcome to bring your laptop for this fun and informative event.
