We are raising awareness for our local bat species. This free lecture covers their unique ecology, the benefits they provide to us, and current threats to them and their status. Spring Break Cotton Belt Railroad Adventure – Tuesday, March 12 – Thursday, March 14
Roll into the world of railroading and immerse yourselves in railroad history while visiting activity stations featuring jobs and responsibilities on the railroad. At each station, participants will receive a craft button and once all five are collected, riders will be awarded a Junior Train Master button to complete the collection. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the conductor onboard the train. Tickets are available at GVRR.com and include a trip on the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, rail adventure activities, activity completion buttons, and a handbook which is an in-depth guide to the Grapevine Vintage Railroad and it’s locomotives.
