City Council Election Results 
On May 16, during the Grapevine City Council meeting, City Secretary Tara Brooks administered the Oath of Office for City Council Place 5 to Chris Coy and for City Council Place 6 to Duff O'Dell. Congratulations to our incumbents on their re-election.  Thank you for your continued service to our community! 

MEOW WOLF – Grand Opening – Friday, July 14  
Meow Wolf, the arts and entertainment company known for Convergence Station, House of Eternal Return, and Omega Mart has announced the opening of The Real Unreal. The new exhibition will open on Friday, July 14 at Grapevine Mills, 3000 Grapevine Mills Parkway, Suite 253. Tickets are now on sale at bit.ly/42YztqK.  Meow Wolf Grapevine brings together 150 artists and fabricators, including 38 from Texas, who have created the art installations making up 70 unique and captivating experiences within The Real Unreal. Artists of all forms - including muralists, sculptors photographers, undermallers, and video game designers - have collaborated on a truly unique installation that will immerse visitors in a captivating narrative. The Program is The REC’s first weight loss challenge bootcamp! Get in phenomenal shape while having fun and meeting new people. To make it more rewarding, those who lose 10 pounds during the six-week class will have their registration fee rolled over to five, one-hour training sessions. Goodwill North Central Texas’ Digital Career Accelerator® program is offering a free class every Tuesday in May. On Tuesday, May 23 the class will cover Microsoft PowerPoint basics. Join the Grapevine Animal Services team for their PAWS (Promoting Animal Welfare and Safety) by Reading program. Children ages 12 years and under will have the opportunity to attend this unique story time about wildlife. Due to limited space, registration is required at GrapevineTicketLine.com. To allow for more children to attend, we kindly ask that only one chaperone per family attend. Following story time, there will be a craft making opportunity and a snack.

The REC is offering a variety of sports camps and clinics this summer, designed to engage aspiring athletes, ages seven to 16. While encouraging sportsmanship and self-discipline, your athlete will be introduced to basic foundations for training through a fun, structured, skill building program.
