New Vintage Wine + Gallery Trail & Art Show – This Saturday, April 15 
Toast the new release wines of the season at New Vintage Wine + Gallery Trail & Blessing of the Vines, presented by Park Place Lexus, Jaguar and Land Rover Grapevine. Join us for an afternoon of delicious wine tastings and incredible works of art along Main Street this Saturday. The Blessing of the Vines is a centuries-old European tradition performed by a priest to ensure a bountiful harvest and unveil the new year’s wines from each winery tasting room. It is a time-honored Grapevine favorite and this year, it will take place at 10:30 am at Peace Plaza at Grapevine Main, 815 South Main Street. 6 Stones CPR – Volunteers Needed 
VOLUNTEER to help homeowners who are struggling to make necessary home repairs. By mobilizing community volunteers, 6 Stones aims to strengthen, grow, and revitalize the community one home and one family at a time. When you volunteer for their CPR Spring Blitz, you volunteer to be a Catalyst of Hope transforming lives one home at a time. Volunteer at 6Stones.org/cpr. The City has added a convenient online option to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, road obstructions, animal services, code enforcement items, street light outages, and traffic signal issues. CAUTION: Grapevine Lake Under Water Obstructions  
Grapevine Lake is nearly two feet over the normal pool. Underwater hazards may be submerged during higher lake levels and extreme caution should be used while swimming and/or using any watercraft. A map of these potential underwater structure hazards may be viewed at bit.ly/3o5w3DD. Please always wear a life jacket!

Prehistoric Park Ends This Weekend 
The dinosaurs have returned to Grapevine and we invite you to LEARN about Grapevine’s prehistoric past while roaming through an outdoor exhibition of animatronic dinosaurs. DIG into the action and enjoy hands-on activities for the whole family. EXPLORE the biggest show yet, day or night! Activities include boneyard games, numerous exhibit displays, tracks trail, a dig site to discover bones of the past, and animatronic dinosaurs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Grapevine Animal Services Open House - Saturday, April 15

Your pups will love the doggie ice cream while you enjoy tacos from the Crown taco truck. Tour the shelter and enjoy games, face painting, and arts and crafts. The mobile library will be on site and the Grapevine Fire and Police departments will conduct demonstrations.

Grapevine Lake Celtic Heritage Festival & Highland Games – Saturday, April 22 
Grapevine Parks and Recreation, Highland Arts & Athletics, and the International Highland Games Federation proudly present the Grapevine Lake Celtic Heritage Festival and Highland Games. This event will boast 100 Scottish Highland Games athletes competing on the field, dozens of merchandise vendors, a food court, beer garden, Celtic dancers, a Clan Village, as well as a Scottish pipe and drum band. Come and enjoy this great family outing on the beautiful beaches of Grapevine Lake!

This ECO Talk will cover reducing waste in your home and will be led by Isabelle Bishop, a doctoral student at the University of North Texas. Bishop’s instruction will start in the kitchen and she will work her way through the home. Her practical tips will make a big impact in your own efforts.
