Library Celebrates 100 Years!
CHEERS TO 100 YEARS! Join us for the Grapevine Public Library's Centennial Celebration on Saturday, March 4 beginning at 10:30 am in the Library Program Room. Mayor William D. Tate will share his library memories at 11 am, followed by a book signing. In honor of our hundred years, Mayor Tate has generously donated 100 copies of his recently published memoir to the Friends of the Library for a fundraiser. The books will be available for a $20 cash or check donation and the funds raised will go directly to the Friends of the Library. Library Board Member, Megan Li, will perform a harp concert at 2 pm, and the celebration will culminate with a variety of children’s activities and entertainment from 3 to 5 pm. We thank all of our many patrons for being part of Grapevine Public Library’s history - and we look forward to celebrating with you!
