36th Annual GrapeFest® - September 15 – 18
36th Annual GrapeFest® – A Texas Wine Experience, presented by Bank of the West tickets are now available online. Come sip your way through delicious wines from Texas, California’s Sonoma County, and the Italian Sicily Region. Festival attendees will experience non-stop live music on four stages during the four-day family friendly festival. Musical headliners include Jack Ingram and Taylor Dayne. Visitors will also enjoy a carnival midway and a shopper’s paradise at local Main Street boutiques, galleries, and select vendors. Fee: Admission for everyone is free all day on Thursday, September 15, and on Friday, September 16 until 5 pm. From Friday, September 16 at 5 pm through Sunday, September 18 at 6 pm, admission is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors (62+) and children (6-12). Children ages five and under enter for free. Weekend passes are $20 per person. The People’s Choice Wine Tasting Classic is $25 per person. Liberty Park Plaza Wine Experience, sponsored by the Gaylord Texan Resort, is $18 per person.

Advanced Genealogy Workshop: Military Land Districts - Saturday, September 17 - FREE
Genealogists know about Revolutionary War bounty land warrants meant to compensate veterans for their service, but did you know that certain states also tried to pay their veterans with land? Several states with western lands set aside tracts known as military land districts specifically for their veterans. Keep Grapevine Beautiful - Fall Sweep - Saturday, September 24
Make an impact in your community by joining Fall Sweep, our biggest volunteer cleanup event of the year – and help keep Grapevine beautiful! Volunteers work together to help keep our parks, shoreline, and waterways litter free. All supplies for this event will be provided. Afterward, we will meet for lunch, courtesy of Weinberger's Deli and Central Market. Participants will also be eligible for prize drawings. Sunset Live! at The Botanical Gardens – VIP Tickets Now Available
Join us for Sunset Live! at the Botanical Gardens on Friday, September 30 and Saturday, October 1 and take a trip down memory lane as we bring the sunset to life. Enjoy some of the best classic live music featuring your favorite genres, and decades each night. Bring the family or a date and your picnic blanket or chairs for an evening of live music under the stars. Children will enjoy the Kidz Zone filled with fun activities for their age groups. Food, beer, and wine will be available for purchase or you may bring a picnic. VIP tickets will be available on Friday, September 2 for $25 per person at GoGrapevine.com/SunsetLive. The VIP experience offers the Bessie Mitchell House as your private event space, offering light fair appetizers, two beverage tickets, early access to the gardens, and reserved seating. VIP tickets are limited and will not be sold at the door. Free, general admission is also available at the event, no pre-registration required. Keep Grapevine Beautiful Gives Grant – September 5 – October 3
The Keep Grapevine Beautiful Gives Grant provides funding for litter prevention, waste reduction, and/or beautification projects. Your school, business, or organization may receive up to $3,000 to assist with your project. Examples of previous projects include the purchase of water bottle filling stations, trash carts, and landscape improvements. Applications will be accepted from September 5 through October 3 for the Keep Grapevine Beautiful Gives Grant program, sponsored by Sam Pack’s Five Star Subaru-Grapevine. Historical Walking Tour – Thursday, September 1 – Saturday, October 29
Grapevine’s Historic Main Street District is the oldest settlement in Tarrant County, originating under the Lone Star flag of the Republic of Texas in 1844, a year before Texas was annexed by the United States of America. Come stroll through time, and learn and explore on a guided tour of Grapevine’s history and heritage. Our visitor concierge guides will take you on a guided 90-minute journey including stops on Historic Main Street, Grapevine Vintage Railroad District and the Settlement to City Museums to name a few.
