Animal Care and Support Team Members will:  

Be responsible for providing daily care and cleaning of housing for all animals in the shelter environment.  Attention to detail is important to prevent disease and notice signs of illness or injury in animals.  Daily care can include, but is not limited to, monitoring animal intake and output, medicating animals per orders, documenting care and reporting concerns, working with team members to ensure all areas of the shelter are organized, safe, and clean for animals and visitors, and moving animals through the building as instructed. 

Due to the nature of animal care (24/7), staff may be assigned to weekends or overtime and are expected to rotate City-recognized holidays.

Pay and Benefits:  

Starting pay range beginning at $17+/hour (starting pay rate is based off of experience/skills)  

PTO, Vacation, and Performance Pay available
