Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications for the position will be required to take and pass a pre-employment computerized multi-tasking simulation test designed to evaluate the applicant's skills and abilities required for successful performance in this position.
Those who pass will be given a Personal History Statement (PHS) to fill out and return.
After review of the PHS qualifying candidates will be invited to an oral interview board.
Those applicants selected by the interview board to continue in the process will undergo an extensive background investigation, credit check, and polygraph examination.
Selected applicants will be given a conditional job offer of employment, contingent upon passing of drug screen, hearing/vision test and psychological exam.
