Pawsitive Impact words on blue background
Grapevine Animal Services is proud to launch our new volunteer program, Pawsitive Impact. We are delighted in your interest to benefit the homeless animals in our care, as well as serve the community's animal-related needs. Volunteers are a vital part of our ability to continue life-saving programs including adoptions, animal enrichment, animal care, foster care, and outreach events.

While we know prospective volunteers have a passion for animals, it is our responsibility to ensure volunteer positions are fun, safe and fulfilling, while meeting the needs of animals at the shelter. Please note that volunteers are asked to serve a time commitment of two hours per week for a minimum of six months. You can truly make a difference!

Before applying to become a volunteer with Pawsitive Impact, we ask that you download and read through our volunteer manual below. Then, once you are familiar with each volunteer position, please watch our orientation video. At the end of the video, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read through and viewed the materials. Then, you will get a link through email to apply online. Once the application is complete, you will be contacted within a few weeks. If your application is accepted, you will be scheduled for an interview. Those who move beyond the interview process will receive training specific to the volunteer position(s) chosen. We require a minimum time commitment of two hours per week for six months.

Thank you again for your interest. We are pawsitively delighted to have you!
